Gen4 automatically records technical information including device type, operating system, browser type, IP address and connection timestamp. This information helps us detect technical issues, prevent unauthorised access and optimise the platform's display across different devices.

Payment Information

To process deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), we record transaction details including the payment method used (such as Boost, DuitNow or FPX), transaction amount and timestamp. We do not store bank account numbers or full card details — that sensitive information is handled directly by licensed payment providers.

Usage Data
