By registering an account or using any services provided by gen4 through gen4.im, you expressly and legally accept the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gen4 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. gen4 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot confirm it meets this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on gen4. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without warning.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. gen4 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
- Your account password is entirely your own responsibility. gen4 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
- Users must notify gen4 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
- Gen4 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
- Account information must not be shared with any other party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Gen4 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technological means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account, selling access, or authorising a third party to play on your behalf.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's functionality or any connected third-party systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and gen4 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the gen4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). gen4 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian users:
- Internet banking transfer (FPX)
- Boost digital wallet
- DuitNow
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified, depending on your chosen method. Withdrawals will be processed within the business hours stated in your account portal.
Gen4 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. This is a standard security measure to protect users from fraudulent activity. Any attempt to circumvent the KYC process may result in the suspension of the transaction or account.
Gen4 does not cover any fees charged by banks or digital wallet providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment account details provided are accurate — gen4 is not liable for transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Gen4 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet every user's needs. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, gen4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform.
Gen4's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gen4 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of gen4 or licensed to gen4. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The gen4 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. gen4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Gen4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or upon instruction from a lawful authority. Any valid credit balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with gen4's standard procedures.
Amendments to These Terms
Gen4 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the gen4 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
